SUPPORT UNLIMITTED PROGRESS OF OPTICAL TECHNOLOGY:

The vacuum evaporation technique is the coating of a basal plate with a thin film of
heated and evaporated matter, which is spattered by dielectric material shot from an
electron gun located within the highly vacuumed device.
It can freely control the permeability and the reflection of light by using thisgenerated
thin film. This technique helps to develop the quality and performance of optical parts
and components.

CHALLENGE THE POSSIBILITY:

Today the requirement of this coating technique is becoming more diversified and complex
concurrent with the latest brilliant innovations of science. We concentrate all our energies
in the research and development of new technology and supporting fields in order to satisfy
this demand, based on our accumulated technology up to the present. Current products are
always inspected and must adher to strict quality controls. We are constantly seeking ways to
improve our technique and quality.

DISCOVERY OF OUR TECHNOLOGY:

You can easily find this coating technology on objects all around you. Eye glasses are one such
example. The lens of glasses have been given many coating processes, such as anti-reflection
coating. If you look at a fluorescent light through the glasses, you will see the color of the light
light changes. What color do you see through your glasses? The color varies depending on the
specification and characteristics of the coating. The coating technique is applied to many surfaces,
such as the surface of CD and MD, liquid crystal display, etc. You can probably think of many more.

PRODUCTS:

Dicrotic mirror for illumination:
The color of light is very important for lighting apparatus especially when putting on light shows.
Accordingly we adopt the film design taking into consideration both the color temperature, that
represents the color of the luminous source, and the color rendition that influences the snow
presentation.
However we are never over confident and throughly consult with the client during meetings on our
manufacturing process because the color temperature and the color rendition are influenced by
the lamp characteristics, something that the client knows well.

Reflector used for luminous source of projector:
The reflector is coated by several evaporated thin films. It transmits infrared rays, reflects visible
rays and has great heat resistance.
We design the products to fit the requirements perfectly, especially paying close attention to the
prismatic feature of coated thin film because it influences the performance of our products.

Filters:
We continuously pay close attention to homogeneous coating, from the design to the tools we use.
