		MELTAGE Prepared raw material in a melting pot is melted at about 1,500℃. The raw material becomes transparent to vitrification. The time and the temperature required varies corresponding to the variety of glass. We manufacture glass products using a single fusion furnace, which can be set to each melting condition for all melting pots respectively.
		SHAPING The melted glass is move to the press machine or blow machine to make any shape. The molten glass is like a starch syrup. It is easy to shape into various figurations.
		SLOW COOLING After shaping, the glass is put in the slow cooling furnace, where the shaped products formed by press machine or blow machine are cooled slowly. This process serves glass and allows it to take out its inherent distortion. Most glass products manufactured without slow cooling would crack because of the remaining distortion.
		PROCESSING Well cooled glass is passed to the finishing process. Goods are put through vigotous exterior inspection before shipping. Some of the products need to be cut or holes drilled as final finishing. There is also a special processed product with evaporation in the inside.
