　Five years have passed since establishing our glass factory
in Shanghai, as subsidiary wholly owned by Osaka Special Glass
Co., Ltd. to expand our business to China. We have succeeded
to improve the level of quality and technique on a daily basis.
　To begin with a Japanese expert was sent to the site. Expert,
patient instruction helped the local staff obtain the necessary
technique. Six local workers were selected to come to Japan to
participate in training in order to understand the Japanese market
and to improve their working knowledge. The study tour to Japan is
still conducted annually. It contributes ot our international image
for top quality production, high quality products and the merits of
our management system.
　Coupled with just in time delivery and a readiness regarding cost
reduction, we endeavor to continue to improve in the future.

●Blow Shaping
Tilt a thin pipe with molten glass and blow the glass like a balloon into a template
to make any shape.
●Spin Shaping
Run molten glass into a spun template and shape the glass utilizing centrifugal force.
●Press Shaping
Run molten glass into a hollow template and then press it with a convex mold.
●P&B(Press and blow) Shaping
This is a mechanized method of the blow shaping. It is suited for mass production
while the feasible shape is limited.
